    These notes summarize current technical surfaces. A stable published external API contract and outbound webhooks are future scope.

    GraphQL

    GraphQL surfaces exist for product operations; verify resolver permissions for the selected workflow.

    REST

    REST surfaces support selected product workflows such as public booking, voice tools, meeting transcripts and uploads.

    Pusher

    Realtime channels support chat, queue and presence. Co-browsing is future scope in the current offer.

    Authentication

    Authorization: Bearer <jwt>

    Review authentication requirements during the walkthrough before planning external development. Internal permission updates are not a published API contract.
