Customisable event pages with public URL, agenda, speaker bios, theme and an optional skippable welcome video.

    02

    Registration & attendees

Public registration, attendee types and confirmation emails. Dedicated on-the-day attendee check-in is future scope.

    05

    Sessions & recordings

Supported live sessions can have meeting-level recordings, speaker-labelled transcripts and generated summaries for human review.

    06

    Attendee connections

Send configured registration fields to HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo, import attendees from Eventbrite, and add supported measurement tags to event pages.

    The working sequence

From event brief to owned follow-up

    1. 01

Agree the event brief and staff roles

The event lead owns the brief and operating roles.

Define the audience, programme, session owners, moderators and follow-up owner before configuring the event.

    2. 02

      Build the programme and registration

Marketing owns approved copy; event operations owns registration fields.

Create the branded event page, agenda, speakers, registration fields and confirmation path.

    3. 03

      Rehearse the joining path

The producer owns the rehearsal and fallback plan.

Staff test registration, confirmation, session access, connectivity and role hand-offs.

    4. 04

      Run sessions and networking tables

Named hosts and moderators own each live space.

Hosts deliver supported live sessions while attendees can use the networking lounge tables.

    5. 05

Review each session and complete follow-up

The event lead assigns and checks follow-up ownership.

A named owner reviews any per-session recording and the approved attendee fields before follow-up.

    Setup

    What to prepare

    • Connector field mapping, permissions and a manual-sync plan where automation is incomplete.
    Boundaries

    Plan around the current limits

    • Sponsor placements are supported; virtual booths are future scope.
    • Session polls, dedicated attendee check-in, paid tickets and advanced event analytics are future scope.
    • HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo connections are limited to configured attendee or registration data. Universal engagement or CRM write-back is not promised.
    • Eventbrite supports attendee import; it is not presented as two-way synchronization.
