Per the Trust Center, Instaconnect does not currently expose a public uptime dashboard or incident history. Contact the team for the current status of your workspace and the notification process applicable to your service.
Honest note. Use your agreed service terms for availability commitments; this page does not establish an uptime percentage or SLA. A public, third-party-pingable status page is future scope — see the Trust Center.
Reporting an incident
If something is broken in your workspace, message us through the in-app widget or write to the security/support channel and we'll respond in plain English.
