This policy covers the Instaconnect marketing website at instaconnect.io, provided by GENMARK TECHNOLOGIES INC, Canton, Michigan, United States, with registered mailing address 45697 SOUTHWICK DR, CANTON, MI 48188, United States. Contact instasocial@instaconnect.io about browser storage or tracking. The application at app.instaconnect.io and customer-embedded experiences may use additional feature or authentication storage.
Essential service technologies
Hosting providers may use security or delivery technologies needed to serve the requested website and protect it from abuse. The marketing website does not require you to create an account merely to read its public pages.
We store your analytics choice and the time you made it in a first-party local-storage entry named ic-consent-v1. Local storage is a browser record rather than a cookie sent with every request. The current record remains until you change it, clear site data or your browser removes it; it does not have a fixed automatic expiry. It is used to remember the privacy choice, not to identify you for advertising.
Optional analytics
Google Tag Manager, container GTM-WV7XP48W, loads the configured Google Analytics property G-PNDCH4BV1V only after you choose Accept analytics. Google may then process page and event information, technical connection information and analytics identifiers. The custom events describe page visits, conversion-link clicks and successful enquiry submission, without deliberately including personal form fields.
Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Google documents a default duration of up to two years for these cookies, subject to property configuration, browser restrictions and deletion by the visitor. The actual stored cookies can be inspected and cleared through your browser’s site-data settings.
The current public tag configuration reviewed for this release contains a Google Analytics tag. This policy does not authorize adding advertising pixels or unrelated tracking under an analytics choice; any materially different purpose requires an updated disclosure and the consent required by law.
Campaign labels and other sites
Campaign labels, such as utm_source and utm_campaign, may appear in a link you follow. During the website visit we retain approved labels in application memory and can pass them in the signup link. That memory ends when the page session is closed or reloaded; there is no separate persistent campaign record in the website code.
Following a link to the application or another website is subject to that destination’s storage and privacy practices. Your choice on the marketing website does not automatically change an application account’s settings or a third party’s cookies.
Changing your choice
Choose Essential only to browse without loading optional website analytics, or Accept analytics to enable it. You can reopen the choice using Cookie preferences in the footer or the control on this page. Both options remain available.
Withdrawing analytics consent stops new optional tracking from this website; the page reloads if the tag container was already loaded. Withdrawal does not erase information already transmitted. You can separately clear existing cookies or site data in your browser, and request applicable data rights using the Privacy choices page. Blocking essential storage may affect service features or cause the choice banner to appear again.
