Email instasocial@instaconnect.io with the subject "Privacy request". Tell us the type of request and the email address or organization associated with the interaction. You may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or another right available under the law that applies.
Do not send a password, payment details or identity document in your first message. We may ask for proportionate verification through an appropriate channel. An authorized agent should identify the person represented and provide evidence of authority when requested.
Marketing, sale, sharing and targeted advertising choices
To stop promotional email, use the unsubscribe option in the message or contact us. A support or demo request is not a subscription to unrelated promotional messages. Necessary account and security notices may still be sent.
Where applicable, you can send an objection or opt-out request concerning sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain uses of sensitive information to the same address. We do not sell website enquiry contents as a data product. Rejecting website analytics stops that optional website processing; this page does not claim to change settings in third-party services.

It generally decides why the information was collected and how it is used. You may also contact us with the organization or event name so we can help direct the request.

We handle requests within the time required by applicable law, explain a refusal or exception where required, and do not unlawfully discriminate against people who exercise privacy rights. To appeal a decision where applicable, reply to the response or email us with "Privacy appeal" in the subject.
