Scope of this disclosure
Instaconnect is provided by GENMARK TECHNOLOGIES INC, Canton, Michigan, United States, with registered mailing address 45697 SOUTHWICK DR, CANTON, MI 48188, United States. The provider entries below describe the marketing website verified for this release. They are not represented as the complete subprocessor register for every Instaconnect application deployment.
A service provider assisting with GENMARK TECHNOLOGIES INC’s own website processing is not necessarily a subprocessor of customer workspace content. For customer-directed processing, the agreed DPA schedule identifies the authorized entities, services and relevant processing locations. Contact instasocial@instaconnect.io for that schedule before enabling a workflow that requires it.
Marketing website providers
Lovable: website hosting and the connected marketing backend used to store submitted enquiry records. Relevant information can include technical request information and the name, email, company, role, phone, message and request type provided through the forms. The website’s hosting arrangement is not evidence of where the separate application stores customer content.
Google: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for optional website usage measurement after analytics consent. Relevant information can include page and event data, campaign or referral information, browser identifiers and technical connection data. Personal enquiry fields are not deliberately included in the site’s custom analytics events. Google’s own notices describe its services and processing arrangements.
Application deployment schedule
Depending on the enabled service, an application deployment may require hosting and storage, identity, email, calendar, payment, realtime, media or AI providers. The actual vendor identity, contractual entity, purpose, data categories and location must be confirmed in the deployment schedule. A supported integration or a library in source code does not by itself establish that a vendor receives production customer information.
For an executed DPA, additions and replacements follow the authorization and notification process in that agreement. This page does not assert that transfer clauses have already been signed, that a particular country is guaranteed, or that a listed provider supplies an Instaconnect certification.
