Create a booking page and a team round-robin
Publish an event type, add qualifying questions, and share bookings fairly across a team.
- 1
Create the event type
Set the duration, name and public slug. Your page lives at /your-name/slug, so keep the slug short: demo, intro, support-call.
- 2
Add the questions worth asking
Two or three custom questions is the sweet spot. Ask what changes how you run the call, not everything you would like in a CRM.
- 3
Route on the answers
Use a routing form to send bookers to the right person or team pool based on what they answered — company size, product area, region.
- 4
Set up round-robin
Configure the available team distribution rules and test who receives a booking. Verify a suitable fallback for named accounts instead of assuming CRM ownership rules are supported.
- 5
Publish and share
Share the team booking page, embed booking in the widget so visitors never leave your site, or print a QR code for in-person moments.
- Routing on form answers works today. CRM-object routing and an SLA fallback engine are future scope.
- Every booker can cancel or reschedule themselves from the link in their confirmation email.
