Turn on the AI bot and train it on your own content
Crawl your site, upload documents, and set the rules for when the bot hands over to a person.
- 1
Point it at your website
Give the bot your site or documentation URL and let it crawl. Start with the pages that answer real questions — pricing, setup, returns, policies — not your blog archive.
- 2
Upload the documents people ask about
Add PDFs, Word files and internal docs that hold answers your website does not. The bot answers from this material, so anything missing here is a gap it will hand to a human.
- 3
Set the handover rules
Review the handoff controls available in your workspace. Test questions that need a person and confirm the next step when no agent is available.
- 4
Check the handover summary
Inspect the conversation and any available summary after escalation. Confirm that the person taking over has enough context; do not assume every inferred intent or sentiment field is supplied.
- 5
Review unanswered questions weekly
Every question the bot could not answer is a content task. Assign an owner to each recurring knowledge gap and review the result.
- Bot answers do not carry a per-resolution charge.
- Proactive outbound chat triggers and a WhatsApp or SMS inbox are not available today.
